Catherine has dual economic and legal background. She began her career in the notarial profession, then at GECINA. She brings 25 years of experience in property valuation, asset management and strategic consulting.
With an economic and financial background, Kawtar joined us in 2013. She is now the Group Secretary General. As such, she orchestrates the activity of the support functions. She continues to monitor international customer relationships.
With 17 years of experience in the real estate and media sector, Anouchka is in charge of communication, media relations and development.
With a technical background, Alban Lemasson joined DAXTER in 2012. He gradually specialized in strategic consulting and is now in charge of both the Asset Management and the « Plateforme Foncière ».
With a legal background and over 10 years of experience, Armeline Urfin is currently in charge of the Property Management.
Eve Pouthé joined Daxter in 2023 as Property Manager. She supports our clients on a daily basis in the management of their real estate, whether residential or commercial.
Victoire joined the property management teams in 2021 to support the development of this service.
Stéphane Caillé is Deputy Director of amicable expertise and strategic advice. He has spent a large part of his professional career in the notary profession. Stéphane Caillé, specialist in real estate valuation for more than 25 years, assesses all types of properties, including the most atypical. He also brings his skills in legal and real estate advice.
Anne has worked as a real estate expert for more than 15 years and is experienced in appraisal techniques, regardless of the type and legal situation of the assets. She also writes all types of market studies.

Didier brings more than 30 years of experience in the management and enhancement of diversified real estate assets on behalf of private or institutional investors. In this context, he has a significant experience in leading projects involving the development and renovation of buildings, (set-up of transactions, programming, assistance to contracting authority, marketing, in commercial real estate and residential).
Didier also specialized in consulting and services dedicated to users. He has led the realization of numerous real estate operation and management projects on behalf of SMEs, including in regions. In addition, he is an experienced practitioner in renegotiating leases and rental conditions for retail brands.

Jacques has more than 35 years of experience in setting up complex transactions and carrying them out mainly in the field of commercial real estate.
Previously employed by various real estate developers, he created in 2004, his project management company in support of project realization on behalf of real estate developers, contractors, investors, users.
